Ingredients: 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup ground Chocolate (Ghirardelli) 2/3 cup flour (all purpose unsifted) 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup melted butter 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) 1/4 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt Directions: - preheat oven to 350 degrees - melt butter in microwave - combine ground chocolate with flour, baking powder and salt and sift - In large bowl mix eggs, sugar, vanilla, nuts and melted butter then mix in the sifted dry ingredients to complete batter. - spread batter into greased 8 inch square pan - bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes - remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting.
